TradersAlly is a marketplace built by traders for traders, offering digital tools, expert guidance, and accountability services.
Whether you need trading bots, indicators, or mentorship contracts, we provide the resources to help you trade smarter and achieve consistency.
Creating an account is simple:
- Click on "Register as Trader" if you're looking to purchase trading products
- Click on "Register as Ally" if you want to sell your trading expertise
- Fill out the registration form with your details
- Verify your email address through the confirmation email we send
- Complete your profile information
Once registered, you can immediately browse products as a Trader or begin creating listings as an Ally.
Traders are users who register to browse and purchase trading products. As a Trader, you can:
- Search for trading products across different categories
- Purchase trading tools, courses, and subscriptions
- Communicate with Allies through our messaging system
- Leave reviews for products you've purchased
Allies are trading professionals who sell their expertise on the platform. As an Ally, you can:
- Create product listings for your trading tools and services
- Set your own pricing and product terms
- Manage customer communications
- Track sales and receive payouts through Stripe
For Buyers
Purchasing a product on TradersAlly is straightforward:
- Browse or search for products that match your needs
- Click on a product to view its detailed description
- Click the "Purchase" button
- Complete the secure checkout process through our Stripe integration
- Once payment is confirmed, you'll receive immediate access to your purchase
All your purchases will be available in your dashboard for future access.
TradersAlly offers a 30-day buyer protection policy:
- If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 30 days
- To request a refund, navigate to your purchases and click the "Request Refund" button
- Provide a reason for your refund request
- Our team will review your request and process it accordingly
Please note that a small processing fee may be retained to prevent frivolous claims. For subscription products, refunds are prorated based on usage time.
For product-specific support:
- Log into your account and go to "My Contracts"
- Find the product you need help with
- Click on "Message Ally" to contact the seller directly
For platform-related support or if you can't resolve an issue with the seller, you can:
- Visit our Contact Us page
- Email support@tradersally.com
- Open a resolution request if there's a significant problem with your purchase
For Sellers
To list a product as an Ally:
- Log into your Ally account
- Navigate to "My Contracts" and click "Create New Product"
- Fill out the product details including title, description, price, and category
- Upload any files, images, or materials related to your product
- Set your terms and conditions
- Submit for review
Our admin team will review your submission, typically within 24-48 hours. Once approved, your product will be live on the marketplace.
TradersAlly specializes in trading-related digital products, including:
- Trading Indicators: Custom scripts for platforms like TradingView, MetaTrader, NinjaTrader, etc.
- Trading Bots & Algorithms: Automated systems that execute trading strategies
- Trading Systems: Complete methodologies for consistent trading
- Educational Courses: Video or PDF guides teaching trading skills
- Membership Groups: Subscription access to your trading community
All products must be directly related to trading or help traders improve their performance. Physical products are not supported at this time.
Payment processing works as follows:
- Payments are processed through Stripe and held for a 30-day protection period
- After the 30-day period, funds are released to your connected Stripe account
- You can view all your earnings in the Payout Dashboard
TradersAlly takes a 20% marketplace fee from each sale. The remaining 80% is yours. For subscription products, revenue is distributed on a monthly basis after the initial 30-day period.
To receive payments, you must connect a Stripe account through your profile settings.
Payments & Billing
TradersAlly uses Stripe for payment processing, which supports:
- All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Various local payment methods depending on your country
All transactions are securely processed and encrypted. We never store your full credit card details on our servers.
Subscription products are billed as follows:
- You're charged immediately upon subscribing
- Subsequent billing occurs automatically on the same date each month/quarter/year, depending on the subscription term
- You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account dashboard
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
You'll receive email notifications before each renewal. For any billing issues, please contact our support team.
Yes, we take payment security very seriously:
- All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor (the highest level of certification)
- Your credit card information never touches our servers
- All transactions use industry-standard TLS/SSL encryption
- We implement additional security measures like fraud detection and 3D Secure when available
Our platform is regularly audited for security vulnerabilities to ensure your data remains protected.

TradersAlly supports the following browsers:
- Google Chrome (recommended) - Latest two major versions
- Mozilla Firefox - Latest two major versions
- Microsoft Edge - Latest two major versions
- Safari - Latest two major versions
For the best experience, we recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
To reset your password:
- Click on the "Login" button in the top navigation
- Click on "Forgot Password" below the login form
- Enter the email address associated with your account
- Check your email for a password reset link
- Click the link and follow the instructions to create a new password
If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder. If you still need assistance, contact our support team.
TradersAlly supports the following file formats for different types of content:
Images: JPG, PNG, GIF, WEBP (max 5MB each)
Documents: PDF, DOCX, TXT, XLSX (max 20MB each)
Videos: MP4, WEBM (max 200MB each)
Code Files: MQ4, MQ5, PY, JS, HTML, CSS, and other common programming formats (max 10MB each)
Archives: ZIP, RAR (max 100MB each)
For larger files or unsupported formats, we recommend using file compression or cloud storage links in your product descriptions.
