Accessing Your Subscriptions

Once your subscription contract is approved and live in the marketplace, you can manage your subscribers and content through the Subscription Management system.

  1. Navigate to the main menu and click on "My Subscriptions"
  2. You'll see a list of all your active subscription contracts with details including price, billing cycle, and number of subscribers
  3. Click on the subscriber count to view detailed information about each subscriber

Subscriber Management

The subscriber list provides comprehensive information about everyone who has purchased your subscription.

View Subscriber Details

Each subscriber entry includes their name, subscription date, current status, and email address for reference.

Direct Communication

Use the "Message" button next to each subscriber to open the internal messaging system. This allows you to provide personalized support without leaving the platform.

Broadcast Messages

The "Message All Subscribers" button allows you to send internal messages and emails to all subscribers simultaneously, making communication effortless whether you have one subscriber or hundreds.

Content Management

To manage the content you share with subscribers, click "Manage Content Links" for your subscription. This page is organized into four main tabs:

Add New Link

Create individual content links to share with your subscribers:

  • Enter a title for your content
  • Paste your content URL (YouTube, Discord, etc.)
  • Add a description to provide context
  • Set a scheduled date/time for distribution

Batch Upload

Upload multiple links at once via CSV file:

  • Download the provided template
  • Fill in Title, URL, ScheduledDate, Description
  • Upload the completed CSV file
  • All links will be processed simultaneously

Pending Links

Review links created but not yet distributed:

  • Preview content before sending
  • Send immediately if needed
  • Delete links that are no longer relevant
  • Note: Allow 15 min interval from scheduling to sending

Sent Links

Access historical record of all distributed content:

  • Track what content has been shared
  • Review when content was sent
  • Maintain a complete content history

Subscriber Cancellations

When a subscriber cancels their subscription:

  • They maintain access until the end of their current billing period
  • They won't receive new content links after that period ends
  • They're automatically moved to "Inactive" status in your subscriber list
