TradersAlly Terms of Service

1.Introduction

Welcome to TradersAlly! By using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.

2.Scope of Services

TradersAlly is an online marketplace where traders ("Ally Traders") can offer services related to trading, including but not limited to platform setup assistance, trade reviews, chart analysis, accountability coaching, strategy teaching, and subscription-based services for group discussions.

All services offered must be related to the trading industry and must not constitute regulated financial advice unless the Ally Trader holds the appropriate licenses. By posting a contract, traders confirm that they are not providing any regulated financial advisory services unless explicitly licensed to do so.

3.Account Creation & Eligibility

Anyone can create an account and post contracts on TradersAlly, subject to the approval of our administration team. All contracts will be reviewed by the admin before being made available on the marketplace. TradersAlly reserves the right to request revisions to contracts prior to publication.

Users must only offer services within their area of expertise and capability. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and comply with these Terms.

4.Payment Structure

• Traders can set their own prices for the services they offer.
• TradersAlly takes a 20% commission on all transactions processed through the platform.
• Payments are processed through Stripe, and services are available only in countries supported by Stripe.
• Any applicable taxes, fees, or charges (including Stripe's transaction fees) are the responsibility of the user.

5.Refunds & Cancellations

• Refunds may be issued at TradersAlly's discretion if a valid reason is provided, such as failure to deliver services, lack of communication, or breach of contract.
• Requests for refunds must be made within 30 days of the transaction.
• Cancellations of contracts can be made by either party; however, refunds will only be provided for undelivered services or if agreed upon by the parties involved.

6.Content & Intellectual Property

• Users retain ownership of any content they upload or create on the platform, including but not limited to text, charts, lessons, and analysis.
• By posting content, users grant TradersAlly a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.
• Users may not share, redistribute, or resell content outside of the platform without explicit permission from the creator.
• Content posted must not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

7.Privacy & Data Security

• TradersAlly collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including but not limited to the GDPR and CCPA.
• We collect personal data (name, email, payment information) solely for the purpose of operating the platform and processing payments.
• Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

8.Platform Use & Restrictions

• Contracts must be related to the trading industry only.
• Users may not offer services related to regulated financial advisory unless properly licensed.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities are prohibited.
• Violations of these Terms may result in account suspension or termination.

9.Dispute Resolution

Users are encouraged to resolve disputes directly on the platform. If a resolution cannot be reached, users agree to engage in binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will take place online, and the decision will be final and binding.

10.Term & Termination

• Either party can terminate an agreement by providing notice according to the terms outlined in the contract.
• TradersAlly reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for violations of these Terms.
• Users may request deletion of their account at any time, subject to outstanding contractual obligations.

11.Liability & Disclaimers

TradersAlly is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including financial losses incurred from trading activities or services exchanged through the platform.

The platform does not guarantee the outcome of any trading activity or service provided. All users are responsible for their own trading decisions.

12.Changes to Terms

TradersAlly reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes via email or on the platform, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
